Join an International Discipleship Training programme in the rugged mountains of Norway combining practical work, teambuilding, and training in discipleship and outreach. Venture to Latvia to help lead an evangelistic camp for youth. This trip will challenge you physically, relationally, and spiritually.
Specific Skills:

Interested applicants must be prepared for:
· Initiating relationships with different cultures
· Spending extended time alone with God, scripture memory and digging deep
· Listening and learning from spiritual mentors
· Hiking as a team in steep mountain terrain (Norway)
· Sleeping in a variety of different conditions - cold, wet or hot & stuffy with mosquitoes
· Time for personal reflection and time to ask difficult questions
· Minimal contact with friends and loved ones back home (except for emergencies)
· Joining in with sports / games activities in hot humidity (Latvia)
· Living in close, intentional community

· Personal devotions, Teaching, discussion groups and times of sharing with others at the discipleship week in Norway
· Leading Bible studies, discussion groups and spending time with students and young people on a 1to1 basis
· Games or sports activities at the Camp in Latvia
